These ethereal wall constructions exist in a state of perpetual transformation, hovering between object, image, and shadow. Layered sculptural forms project outward from the wall, creating a delicate interplay of overlapping planes, negative spaces, and shifting shadows. Light passes through and between the fragments, revealing glimpses of the wall beneath while simultaneously extending the work beyond its physical boundaries. As the light changes, so too does the composition: shadows lengthen, dissolve, overlap, and recede, continually altering the relationships between the sculptural elements. The work therefore resists a fixed reading, unfolding instead as an ephemeral encounter between material and light. What appears solid becomes permeable; what seems static is continually moving. The sculpture is never quite the same twice, existing in a beautiful state of suspension between presence and disappearance.
